Creating an Athletic Legacy
How the “O” Club assists the Otterbein athletic department over the last 68 years has changed. We no longer purchase athletic shoes and uniforms or pay for team transportation. The “O” Club now concentrates on major projects, primarily capital improvement campaigns, provides funding for special athletic director requests, and rewards athletic excellence by contributing to the purchase of student-athlete championship memorabilia.
Donations to the general fund help to defray operating expenses and pay for selected projects approved by the Board of Directors.

In 1981 the “O” Club established the “O” Club Foundation. Overseen by the “O” Club Executive Committee, donations to the Foundation are invested and help to fund major projects.
This is the Memorial Stadium at Otterbein University that the "O" Club helped to build and the new track that the "O" Club helped to raise money for and donated to.
